Spatial Estimation of Housing Prices and Locational Rents

چکیده
This work stems from the widely accep ted hypothesis that housing price is determined by two types of character istic: structural and location al. Under this hypothesis, a methodology is presen ted for the spatial estimation of housing prices and location al rents: the Iterativ e Residual Kriging (IRK) method. The methodological aspects are complemented by the presen tation of an application of this methodology to the case of housing in Granada, Spain.
